I have used this supplement for many years on dogs with arthritis. It has really helped all of them and with the muscle maintenance it seems to slow down the muscle atrophy in the arthritic limbs. Great product. Many of the supplements aimed at older dogs also contain glucosamine and a variety of other ingredients that can help to support joints, such as vitamins C and E, and green lipped mussel.
